For Vegan Balsamic Pork Chops
- 2 vegan pork-style chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Optional Garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Heat pan on medium flame.
Add olive oil.
Place vegan chops gently.
Cook 3 minutes.
Flip slowly.
Add garlic.
Add oregano.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Mix balsamic vinegar in bowl.
Add soy sauce.
Add maple syrup.
Add lemon juice.
Whisk well.
Pour sauce over chops.
Reduce heat.
Flip again.
Let sauce thicken.
Cook 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
