  • Baking powder: ½ tsp
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Almond butter: ¼ cup
  • Maple syrup: ¼ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk: ¼ cup
  • Coconut oil melted: 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Chopped almonds: 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Whisk almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  • Add almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla, mixing into smooth batter.
  • Fold chopped almonds gently for texture.
  • Spread batter evenly into tray and smooth the surface.
  • Bake for 22 minutes until edges set and center remains soft.
  • Cool completely before slicing for clean blondies.
