Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts about 250g
  • 3 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden.
  • Reduce heat and add pesto sauce.
  • Coat chicken evenly with sauce.
  • Cook for 2–3 more minutes.
  • Sprinkle parmesan if desired.
  • Remove from heat and rest briefly.
  • Serve warm.
