- 2 chicken breasts about 250g
- 3 tbsp pesto sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan optional
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden.
Reduce heat and add pesto sauce.
Coat chicken evenly with sauce.
Cook for 2–3 more minutes.
Sprinkle parmesan if desired.
Remove from heat and rest briefly.
Serve warm.
