Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk as needed

Optional Coating

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla, mixing until thick and well combined.
  • Adjust texture with small amounts of milk until mixture is soft but scoopable.
  • Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls using even portions.
  • Freeze until firm enough to handle without sticking.
  • Dip in melted chocolate if desired, then chill until set and creamy inside.

Notes

For softer texture, reduce freezing time; for firmer bites, freeze longer. Keep mixture chilled during shaping to prevent sticking. Adjust protein flavor or add cocoa, cinnamon, or nuts for variation. Store in fridge up to five days or freeze longer. Let sit briefly before serving.
