Preheat the oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.

Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk peanut butter, oil, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Blend everything: Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Don’t overmix.
Add the chocolate chips: Fold them in, saving a few for the tops.
Fill the muffin tin: Divide the batter evenly, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake: Pop them in the oven for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
