Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  • Scoop mixture into small portions and roll into uniform balls.
  • Place balls on a lined tray and freeze until firm enough to handle.
  • Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  • Return coated bites to tray and chill until chocolate sets with a crisp shell.

Notes

Chill longer for firmer texture or less for softer centers. Keep hands cool during shaping to prevent sticking. Add crushed nuts or cocoa for flavor twists. Store in fridge for short term or freeze for longer storage. Let sit briefly before serving.
