Ingredients
Pasta
penne or rigatoni: 250g
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Onion
chopped: 1 medium
Garlic
minced: 3 cloves
Ground beef or turkey: 400g
Crushed tomatoes: 2 cups
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese
shredded: 1 cup
Parmesan cheese
grated: 1/2 cup
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add ground meat, cook thoroughly until browned.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine pasta with sauce, transfer to a baking dish, and top with cheeses.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
