Veggie Sticks:
- 1 cucumber cut into sticks
- 2 carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 bell pepper any color, sliced
- 2 celery stalks cut into sticks
Guacamole:
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ small red onion finely chopped
- 1 small tomato deseeded, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes or cumin
Wash and chop cucumber, carrots, pepper, and celery into easy-to-dip sticks. Arrange them like the snack queen you are.
Slice avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork like you're mad at your ex.
Add onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix until combined and creamy but still a little chunky—just like us emotionally.
Taste the guac. Adjust salt or lime as needed. Go bold or go home.
Serve fresh with the veggie sticks. Dip, munch, repeat.
Store leftovers in the fridge, but let's be real—you won't have any.
