Ingredients

Veggie Sticks:

  • 1 cucumber cut into sticks
  • 2 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 bell pepper any color, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks cut into sticks

Guacamole:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato deseeded, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or cumin

Instructions

  • Wash and chop cucumber, carrots, pepper, and celery into easy-to-dip sticks. Arrange them like the snack queen you are.
  • Slice avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork like you're mad at your ex.
  • Add onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix until combined and creamy but still a little chunky—just like us emotionally.
  • Taste the guac. Adjust salt or lime as needed. Go bold or go home.
  • Serve fresh with the veggie sticks. Dip, munch, repeat.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge, but let's be real—you won't have any.
