These Paleo Vanilla Almond Fat Bombs are the perfect guilt-free treat, offering a creamy and crunchy snack loaded with healthy fats.

- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional for sweetness
- Pinch of sea salt
Melt coconut oil and almond butter together in a bowl.
Stir in vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and maple syrup (if using).
Mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into silicone molds or ice cube tray.
Top with sliced almonds and a pinch of sea salt.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
