- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or more if you're feeling salty
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Toss almonds in a bowl with oil and sea salt until they’re glossy and fabulous.
Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 15 minutes, shaking the tray halfway to avoid burnt diva nuts.
Let them cool before storing—or inhale them directly off the tray, your choice.
Store in an airtight container to keep the crunch alive.
