A salty, crunchy snack made from almonds roasted to perfection with just sea salt—simple, clean, bold, and undeniably addictive.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or more if you're feeling salty

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Toss almonds in a bowl with oil and sea salt until they’re glossy and fabulous.
  • Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 15 minutes, shaking the tray halfway to avoid burnt diva nuts.
  • Let them cool before storing—or inhale them directly off the tray, your choice.
  • Store in an airtight container to keep the crunch alive.
