A chewy, sweet, tropical-inspired snack made with dried mango, shredded coconut, and a few pantry staples. No oven. All flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried mango unsweetened
  • ¾ cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime juice optional but bougie
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp almond flour for structure

Instructions
 

  • Soak dried mango in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften.
  • Drain mango and pat dry (they don’t need a spa day, just a quick towel-off).
  • Add mango, coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup, lime juice, and salt to the food processor.
  • Blend until sticky and well combined.
  • Add almond flour and pulse a few times until doughy.
  • Scoop into 1-inch balls or press into mini silicone molds for aesthetic purposes.
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week—if they last that long.
