  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, lemon zest, juice, vanilla, and salt.
  • Process until everything is well mixed and sticky.
  • Roll mixture into 12 balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
