Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Slice sweet potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange fries on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400ยฐF for 20-25 minutes.
  • While fries cook, season your steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on preferred doneness.
  • Once done, let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Plate your steak with the fries and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
