Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter creamy or chunky, go wild
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • cup maple syrup nature’s caramel
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed for fiber and fake maturity
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup mini dairy-free chocolate chips optional but recommended—unless you hate joy
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt because you're fancy

Instructions

  • Dump almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Stir like your life depends on it.
  • Add almond flour, flaxseed, shredded coconut, and sea salt. Mix until it resembles sticky cookie dough.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using. This is when it starts getting dangerously snackable.
  • Use your hands to roll into 1-inch balls. Pro tip: slightly damp hands = less mess.
  • Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or freeze for 10 if you’re impatient (we see you).

  • Add a splash of espresso if you need these to scream grown woman hustle.
  • Skip the chocolate chips and add dried cranberries for a tangy twist.
  • Double the batch. Seriously, you'll regret it if you don’t.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer. Good luck making them last.
