Calories 140 kcal
- 1 cup almond butter creamy or chunky, go wild
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup maple syrup nature’s caramel
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed for fiber and fake maturity
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup mini dairy-free chocolate chips optional but recommended—unless you hate joy
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt because you're fancy
Dump almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Stir like your life depends on it.
Add almond flour, flaxseed, shredded coconut, and sea salt. Mix until it resembles sticky cookie dough.
Fold in chocolate chips if using. This is when it starts getting dangerously snackable.
Use your hands to roll into 1-inch balls. Pro tip: slightly damp hands = less mess.
Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or freeze for 10 if you’re impatient (we see you).

Notes & Tips for Flavor Perfection:
-
Toast the shredded coconut for extra “I know what I’m doing” flavor.
-
Add a splash of espresso if you need these to scream grown woman hustle.
-
Skip the chocolate chips and add dried cranberries for a tangy twist.
-
Double the batch. Seriously, you'll regret it if you don’t.
-
Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer. Good luck making them last.
