- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan option
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
Add honey, vanilla, and sea salt. Stir to combine.
Gently fold in shredded coconut.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into little mounds.
