- ½ cup coconut butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup or stevia to taste
- Pinch of sea salt
In a bowl, mix melted coconut butter and coconut oil.
Add lime juice, lime zest, shredded coconut, maple syrup, and sea salt.
Stir until smooth and well-combined.
Spoon mixture into silicone molds or muffin tin.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes or until solid.
Pop out of molds and enjoy! Keep them in the freezer for the perfect bite.
