Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup or stevia to taste
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix melted coconut butter and coconut oil.
  • Add lime juice, lime zest, shredded coconut, maple syrup, and sea salt.
  • Stir until smooth and well-combined.
  • Spoon mixture into silicone molds or muffin tin.
  • Freeze for at least 30 minutes or until solid.
  • Pop out of molds and enjoy! Keep them in the freezer for the perfect bite.
