- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Place the dates, coconut, almond flour, coconut oil, and vanilla extract into a food processor.
Pulse until everything is finely chopped and combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in size.
Optional: Roll the balls in extra coconut for a little extra texture.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm them up.
