Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the dates, coconut, almond flour, coconut oil, and vanilla extract into a food processor.
  • Pulse until everything is finely chopped and combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in size.
  • Optional: Roll the balls in extra coconut for a little extra texture.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm them up.
