- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Roll dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
Optionally, sprinkle with chopped pecans for extra texture.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and firm.
Let them cool, then enjoy!
