Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  • Roll dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with chopped pecans for extra texture.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Let them cool, then enjoy!
