- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips paleo-approved or unsweetened with coconut sugar
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Sea salt flakes optional, but yes please
Wash strawberries and pat them dry like they just got a blowout.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals.
Stir until smooth, glossy, and making you question your life decisions.
Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, twirl for drama, and place on parchment paper.
