- 1 cup raw almonds
- ¾ cup vegan dark chocolate chips at least 70% cacao
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- Optional: pinch of flaky sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper like the domestic goddess you are.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave (30-second intervals, stir like you mean it).
Stir almonds into the melted chocolate, coating them completely like they’re getting a spa treatment.
Use a fork to lift each almond and place them individually on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt while still melty, because salty-sweet is a love language.
Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate sets and your self-control is gone.
