Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ¾ cup vegan dark chocolate chips at least 70% cacao
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • Optional: pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper like the domestic goddess you are.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave (30-second intervals, stir like you mean it).
  • Stir almonds into the melted chocolate, coating them completely like they’re getting a spa treatment.
  • Use a fork to lift each almond and place them individually on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt while still melty, because salty-sweet is a love language.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate sets and your self-control is gone.
  • Store in an airtight container (if they last that long).
