- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut plus extra for topping
In a medium bowl, mix melted coconut oil and almond butter until smooth.
Stir in cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until combined.
Fold in shredded coconut for a chewy, tropical vibe.
Pour mixture into lined pan or mold, smoothing the top.
Sprinkle extra coconut on top like a Pinterest pro.
Chill in freezer for 1 hour or until firm.
