  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut plus extra for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix melted coconut oil and almond butter until smooth.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until combined.
  • Fold in shredded coconut for a chewy, tropical vibe.
  • Pour mixture into lined pan or mold, smoothing the top.
  • Sprinkle extra coconut on top like a Pinterest pro.
  • Chill in freezer for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and store in the fridge—preferably behind the kale to avoid sharing.
