- 1 cup dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt optional
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
Once melted, add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
Spread the melted chocolate mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until set.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
