Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Once melted, add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Spread the melted chocolate mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until set.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy!
