No-bake, plant-based cookie dough bites loaded with chocolate chips and made with paleo-friendly ingredients. Sweet, soft, and dangerously snackable.

- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup nut butter almond or cashew
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips vegan & paleo
In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and sea salt.
Stir in maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Fold in dark chocolate chips like you mean it.
Roll into 1-inch bites using your hands or a scoop.
Chill in freezer for 15 minutes to firm them up.
Store leftovers in the fridge (if there are any left).
