No-bake, plant-based cookie dough bites loaded with chocolate chips and made with paleo-friendly ingredients. Sweet, soft, and dangerously snackable.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup nut butter almond or cashew
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • cup dark chocolate chips vegan & paleo

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and sea salt.
  • Stir in maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in dark chocolate chips like you mean it.
  • Roll into 1-inch bites using your hands or a scoop.
  • Chill in freezer for 15 minutes to firm them up.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge (if there are any left).
