  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Toss almond flour, coconut flour, and sea salt into a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until it forms a dough.
  • Fold in those chocolate chips like you mean it.
  • Scoop out and roll dough into bite-sized balls.
  • Pop them in the fridge for 20 minutes if you can wait.
  • Store in an airtight container and try not to eat them all at once.
