- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt
Toss almond flour, coconut flour, and sea salt into a mixing bowl.
Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until it forms a dough.
Fold in those chocolate chips like you mean it.
Scoop out and roll dough into bite-sized balls.
Pop them in the fridge for 20 minutes if you can wait.
