This Paleo Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a smooth, rich dessert that combines avocado and cacao for a guilt-free treat.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
Scoop out the avocados and toss them into a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, and sea salt.
Blend until super smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
Drizzle in the melted coconut oil and blend again for 10 seconds.
Spoon the pudding into serving bowls. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Serve topped with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of cacao nibs if feeling fancy.
