This Paleo Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a smooth, rich dessert that combines avocado and cacao for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out the avocados and toss them into a blender or food processor.
  • Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, and sea salt.
  • Blend until super smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Drizzle in the melted coconut oil and blend again for 10 seconds.
  • Spoon the pudding into serving bowls. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve topped with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of cacao nibs if feeling fancy.
