- 1 ripe avocado
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao for extra sass
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 tsp espresso powder if you want drama
Slice the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt.
Blend until smooth, creamy, and too good to be true.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Spoon into bowls and chill for 30 minutes if you want it thick and fancy.
Or eat it immediately and pretend it’s chilled.
Garnish with berries, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs—optional, but glam.
Store leftovers in the fridge, if you actually have any.

Additional Notes/Tips to Enhance the Flavor
-
Add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne for a spicy twist.
-
Use frozen avocado chunks if you're in a rush and want mousse now.
-
Swap almond milk for coconut milk for extra creaminess.
-
Double the batch—you’ll wish you had.
-
Eat straight from the blender if no one’s watching. (We won’t judge.)
