Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao for extra sass
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp espresso powder if you want drama

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth, creamy, and too good to be true.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Spoon into bowls and chill for 30 minutes if you want it thick and fancy.
  • Or eat it immediately and pretend it’s chilled.
  • Garnish with berries, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs—optional, but glam.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge, if you actually have any.
