- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ground sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Remove sausage, set aside, and sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until softened.
