  • 4 cups cabbage shredded

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce if you're not strict
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Toss in the onion and garlic; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until it softens.
  • Stir in the coconut aminos, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
