Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • ½ cup almond butter unsweetened
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional but highly encouraged
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: mini dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the banana until it surrenders completely.
  • Mix in almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and unified.
  • Add coconut flour slowly and stir until thick dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or nuts, because you deserve excitement.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate.
  • Freeze bites for 15–20 minutes until firm and fabulous.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge (if any survive).
