Ingredients
  

  • 2 cod fillets about 6 oz each
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the herb butter evenly over each fillet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cod flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot, garnished with more fresh herbs if desired.
