Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup almonds whole or chopped

Instructions
 

  • Line your baking dish with parchment paper to keep things neat and tidy.
  • Mix shredded coconut, coconut oil, syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the dish, smoothing the top like it’s your ex’s forehead.
  • Place almonds evenly across the top and gently press them in.
