Rich, chocolatey almond butter cups—Paleo-friendly, sugar-free, and made for pure indulgence without the guilt.

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
- Pinch of sea salt
Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
Stir in the maple syrup, if using, and a pinch of sea salt.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each muffin cup.
Freeze for 10 minutes to harden slightly.
Remove from the freezer and add 1 teaspoon of almond butter to each cup.
Pour the remaining chocolate over the almond butter and freeze again for 20-30 minutes until fully set.
Enjoy, or hide them so no one else eats them first!
