Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir in the maple syrup, if using, and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each muffin cup.
  • Freeze for 10 minutes to harden slightly.
  • Remove from the freezer and add 1 teaspoon of almond butter to each cup.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate over the almond butter and freeze again for 20-30 minutes until fully set.
  • Enjoy, or hide them so no one else eats them first!
