  • 1 Spoon or stirrer

Ingredients
  

  • Rolled oats: ½ cup
  • Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Almond milk or any milk of choice: ½ cup
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Pecans chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon: ½ tsp
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Salt: a pinch

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, chopped pecans, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Stir until fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir before serving and top with more pecans if desired.
