Ingredients
Rolled oats: ½ cup
Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
Almond milk
or any milk of choice: ½ cup
Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
Pecans
chopped: 2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon: ½ tsp
Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
Salt: a pinch
Instructions
In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, chopped pecans, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir until fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir before serving and top with more pecans if desired.
