- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium zucchini diced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese optional
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
Stir in garlic, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini, cooking for another 5–7 minutes.
Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
If desired, sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
