Ingredients
  

  • Pasta fettuccine: 250g
  • Mushrooms sliced: 2 cups
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Heavy cream: 3/4 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese grated: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Thyme optional: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley chopped: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms until golden and slightly crispy.
  • Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, then stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Simmer sauce until slightly thickened, then add cooked pasta and toss well.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
