- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce for dipping
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing the pan
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Thread 4-5 meatballs onto each skewer.
Place skewers on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
