- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Lemon zest – 1 tsp
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Fresh oregano – 1 tsp chopped
- Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
Pat vegan sea bass fillets dry with a paper towel.
