Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
  • Tortilla wraps – 4 large
  • Hummus – ½ cup
  • Cucumber – 1 small sliced thin
  • Red onion – ½ cup sliced
  • Kalamata olives – ¼ cup chopped
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – ⅓ cup sliced
  • Romaine lettuce – 1 cup shredded
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Oregano – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with olive oil.
  • Cook vegan chicken strips until lightly browned.
  • Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Warm tortillas slightly.
  • Spread hummus over each wrap.
  • Layer with lettuce, cucumber, onion, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Add seasoned vegan chicken.
  • Roll wraps tightly.
  • Slice in halves.
  • Serve fresh.
