Ingredients
  

Protein Oat Base

  • 2 cups rolled oats old fashioned
  • 3 cups milk dairy or nondairy
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder favorite brand
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh berries for topping
  • 2 tbsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats and milk in a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Cook until the oats become creamy and tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in protein powder and chia seeds until smooth.
  • Divide the oats among bowls and top with berries.
  • Drizzle honey over the bowls and serve warm.
  • Cool leftovers completely before storing for meal prep.

Notes

Cook briefly for firmer oats or longer for a softer creamy texture. Freeze cooled portions in airtight containers for up to three months. Stir well before serving after reheating. Customize flavors with nuts, spices, or fruit. Store refrigerated for up to four days.
