Ingredients

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup rolled oats old fashioned, about 90 g
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder favorite brand, about 110 g
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas mashed, about 200 g
  • 1 piece egg room temperature
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter smooth, about 32 g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix oats, protein powder, bananas, egg, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon until a thick dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips gently so the dough stays soft and evenly combined.
  • Scoop dough onto the tray and flatten slightly for even baking and chewy centers.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges look golden and the centers feel set.
  • Cool on the tray briefly, then transfer to a rack before serving or storing.

Notes

Bake a shorter time for softer cookies or slightly longer for crispier edges. Freeze baked cookies in airtight containers for easy meal prep. Chill sticky dough before assembly for neater scooping. Add nuts, dried fruit, or different chips for flavor variety. Store at room temperature for two days or refrigerate for one week.
