  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pecans, maple syrup, butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Stir to coat pecans evenly.
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
