  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard: 1½ tbsp
  • Maple syrup: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic minced: 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
  • Water: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh thyme chopped: 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sear vegan chops for 3 minutes per side.
  • Whisk mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, paprika, and water until smooth.
  • Remove chops, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until aromatic but not dramatic.
  • Pour glaze into skillet, simmer two minutes until slightly thick and glossy.
  • Return chops, coat evenly, cook five minutes, and flip once for balanced caramelization.
  • Finish with thyme and serve warm.
