  • 1 bottle white wine 750ml
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 medium apples thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale

Instructions
 

  • Pour the white wine into a large pitcher or bowl.
  • Stir in the maple syrup and caramel sauce.
  • Add brandy to give it that extra warmth.
  • Slice the apples and add them to the pitcher.
  • Stir in lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Add sparkling water or ginger ale for some fizz.
  • Chill for 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld.
