Ingredients
  

Chicken Base

  • 1 cup diced sweet potato
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add diced sweet potato and cook until slightly tender, about five minutes.
  • Add garlic and ground chicken, breaking it apart while cooking thoroughly.
  • Stir in cauliflower rice and seasonings, mixing until evenly combined.
  • Cook until everything is tender, slightly crisp, and well blended.

Notes

For softer texture, cook covered longer; for crisp edges, cook uncovered. Let mixture cool slightly before serving for easier handling. Adjust spices for variety. Store in airtight containers up to four days. Reheat in skillet for best texture.
