For Salad

lentil pasta
dry

cherry tomatoes
halved

bell pepper

For Dressing

olive oil

lemon juice

Dijon mustard

Instructions
Boil lentil pasta.
Drain completely.
Add tomatoes to bowl.
Add cucumber.
Add bell pepper.
Add olives.
Add onions.
Add parsley.
Add cooked pasta.
Add olive oil to small bowl.
Add lemon juice.
Add mustard.
Add garlic powder.
Add salt.
Add pepper.
Whisk well.
Pour over salad.
Toss gently.
Taste and adjust.
Chill or serve.
