For the Vegan Lemon Salmon

vegan salmon-style fillets

tablespoon
olive oil
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
lemon zest
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon
black pepper
¼
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
maple syrup
Garnish
Lemon slices
Chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Line tray with parchment.
Add olive oil to bowl.
Add lemon juice.
Add lemon zest.
Add garlic powder.
Add paprika.
Add pepper.
Add salt.
Add maple syrup.
Whisk marinade well.
Brush vegan salmon fillets generously.
Flip and brush again.
Place fillets on tray.
Add lemon slices on top.
Bake 10 minutes.
Brush remaining marinade.
Bake 2 more minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve warm.
