For the Stir-Fry:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Marinate the beef: Coat the steak with cornstarch, soy sauce, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, zest, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Cook the beef: Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Sear the beef until browned and remove.
