Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant-based yogurt
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, plant yogurt, and nutritional yeast until smooth.
  • Stir in spinach, artichokes, and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
