  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
  • Cut nori sheets into bite-sized pieces (about 2x2 inches).
  • Mix oil and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Brush or spray each nori piece lightly with oil mixture.
  • Arrange pieces on baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crispy but not burnt.
  • Cool completely before serving for max crunch.
