- 1 block firm tofu 14 oz, crumbled
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs optional, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté vegan sausage in olive oil until browned, about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk crumbled tofu, almond milk, nutritional yeast, and spices.
Combine sausage with tofu mixture; pour into baking dish.
Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
