Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan sausage crumbles
  • 1 block firm tofu 14 oz, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté vegan sausage in olive oil until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk crumbled tofu, almond milk, nutritional yeast, and spices.
  • Combine sausage with tofu mixture; pour into baking dish.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
